Nowadays, eating out has become very popular. The current COVID-19 outbreak has largely contributed to the increased popularity of this form of procurement. The spreading virus epidemic has forced many countries (including Poland) to introduce restrictions and “freeze” a large amount of activity. Among others, the following have been forced to close. many pubs and restaurants. In addition, customers themselves were forced to stay at home, which meant they had to start using online services more often, such as shopping in online stores or ordering takeaway food via the Internet or telephone.

Many of them, in order to be able to reach the customers, started to offer them the option of ordering takeaway food, although due to staff cuts many also found this to be a problem, by not being able to keep up with the demand of the customers who wanted to use this food ordering option. Strict security measures also had to be put in place to make sure that food is transferred to a safe distance or for those who deliver, takeaway food. It was to be packed in a box or boxes depending on the number of orders
and its forms and left at the customer’s fingertips.
